A daiquiri might do the trick, though it might also trick your body. To really quell your quench for something sweet, keep a batch of strawberry protein ice pops on hand. Four simple, all-natural ingredients come together in a frozen dessert that’s guaranteed to help you chill out.
Strawberry Protein Ice Pops
Makes about 6 small ice pops
Macros per ice pop: 46 calories | 7 g carbs | 4 g protein | 0 g fat | 1 g fiber | 6 g sugar
Ingredients
1 scoop Vega Berry Sport Performance Protein Powder
1/3 cup water
2 Tbsp. organic cane sugar
10 oz. frozen organic strawberries

Directions:
- In a blender, process all ingredients until thick and smooth.
- Pour mixture into ice pop molds and set in freezer for at least an hour, or until solid.
- Chill out and enjoy!
