- 1 serving Codeage Liquid Collagen + CLA in French Vanilla
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (or more molasses)
- 1/3 cup almond butter or cashew butter
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1-2 Tbsp. gingerbread spice mix ((recipe below))
Optional: 1/4 cup mini white chocolate chips
Gingerbread Spice Mix
- 2 Tbsp. each ground ginger, cinnamon, allspice
- 1 Tbsp. each ground nutmeg, cloves
- In small mixing bowl, combine everything except chocolate chips, adjusting sweetness with molasses and maple syrup to taste.
- Fold in mini white chocolate chips, if desired.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
