Raspberry Chia Jam

- 10 oz. fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. cardamom
- Pinch sea salt
- Place small saucepan over medium heat. Add raspberries and cook 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until berries release juices and begin to break down.
- Stir in maple syrup, cinnamon, cardamom and sea salt.
- Stir in chia seeds and mix well. Simmer on low 2-3 minutes to allow ingredients to blend.
- Remove from heat and let jam cool. (Note: Jam will thicken as it cools.)
- Store in glass jar in fridge up to 1 week.
