What is Vitacash?
Vitacash is a program for customers to enjoy more savings at Vitacost.com. The coupon code can be earned during the Vitacost Fresh Start event, from 12/30/24 to 1/13/25. If a customer places a $120+ combined order, they will receive $20 in Vitacash to use on any order from 1/17/25 to 2/7/25.
How do I get my Vitacash?
Vitacash is a one-time-use code that will be emailed to customers after the qualifying time period. Customers will receive their emails by 1/17/25. Please wait until after 1/17/25 to contact customer service should you not receive your code.
How do I use my Vitacash?
Once logged in with the corresponding email address that received the Vitacash email, a customer can apply the $20 code in their cart upon checkout. Vitacash cannot be combined with other order-level codes. Vitacash cannot be split among multiple orders and must be used in one transaction.
Can I combine Vitacash with other promotions?
Vitacash cannot be combined with other order-level codes. However, Vitacash CAN be combined with line-level (brand and attribute) promotions.
Do I still qualify for Free Shipping?
You must spend $49 after any promotions are applied (including $20 code) and before taxes to qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. Your $20 code applies to product cost and does not apply to taxes or shipping.
Can I use Vitacash if I am an international customer?
