Peanut Butter, Chocolate & Banana Smoothie Shooters
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter powder
- 3 cups coconut yogurt (or any vegan substitute)
- 2 bananas (divided)
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk
- 1 scoop Vibrant Health Maximum Vibrance in Chocolate Chunk
- Vegan chocolate syrup
Optional toppings
- Cacao nibs
- Banana slices
- In blender, blend coconut yogurt with peanut butter powder and one banana until smooth. Transfer to bowl.
- In clean blender, combine one banana, plant-based milk and Vibrant Health Maximum Vibrance powder and blend until smooth.
- Drizzle insides of three small glasses with chocolate syrup. Next, portion each glass with chocolate-banana mixture until glass is about half full. Finally, layer banana-peanut/yogurt mixture on top.
