Directions
Suggested Usage: Shake well before use. As a dietary supplement, take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) 1 to 2 times daily with food. We highly recommend taking this product with a source of essential fatty acid. Consider taking one of these NOW® products: Flax Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Borage Oil or Omega-3 Fish Oil.
