L-Proline is an amino acid that is necessary for collagen production. Collagen is the main structural protein that constitutes all human connective tissues, including skin, tendons, ligaments, joints, bones and blood vessels (veins and arteries). L-Proline is therefore a building block that helps to stabilize and strengthen the structural components of the body. Although Proline is naturally produced in the body, in specific high-demand situations, a regular diet may not be sufficient to respond to the body's need for Proline.

Directions

Take 2 capsules 1 to 2 times daily, preferably on an empty stomach.
