Crispy Air Fried Green Beans

- 2.5 cups green beans (trimmed, washed & pat dry)
- 3 Tbsp. avocado oil
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- Pinch of salt
- Pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 egg (beaten)
- In large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, salt and pepper. Add avocado oil and optional beaten egg, and combine. Add green beans and coat well.
- Add coated green beans to air fryer basket. For extra crispiness, spray extra avocado oil on green beans.
- Air fry at 400 degrees F for about 7 minutes, flipping halfway through.
