Maca-Carob Smoothie
Ingredients
1/2 cup crushed ice
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (without carrageenan)
2 tsp. coconut oil
1 Tbsp. carob powder
2 tsp. maca powder
Optional: chipotle or cayenne pepper, to taste
