Sweetened with monk fruit or stevia, they offer a lower-sugar option without compromising on flavor. A pinch of salt balances the sweetness and optional additions like dark chocolate chips, toasted almonds, or sesame seeds give them extra texture and indulgence. Baked to golden perfection, these blondies are a delightful, gluten-free dessert that's simple to make and utterly satisfying.
Gluten-Free Tahini Blondies
- 1-1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 1 stick butter or vegan butter
- 3 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 eggs or flax eggs
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 tsp. monk fruit or Stevia
- Pinch of salt
Optional: Dark chocolate chips, toasted almonds or sesame seeds
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Oil or butter baking dish.
- In medium bowl, combine flour and salt.
- In separate bowl, mix butter, eggs, monk fruit and vanilla.
- Slowly sift flour mixture into wet mixture. Add tahini and mix until a smooth consistency.
- Pour batter into prepared baking dish and back 20-30 minutes.
- Test doneness with toothpick in center. If toothpick is clear, blondies are ready.
