Pink Beetroot Latte

- 1 Tbsp. beetroot powder (or juice of 1 small beet)
- 1-1/2 cups Milkadamia Unsweetened Macadamia Milk (or plant-based milk of choice)
- 2 tsp. maple syrup (or honey)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- In small saucepan over medium heat, heat plant-based milk until warm but not boiling.
- To saucepan, add beet juice/beet powder, maple syrup/honey, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and salt and whisk well or use frother or immersion blender for extra creaminess and foam.
- Serve in mug as-is, or top with sprinkle of cinnamon or cacao powder.
