Taken in this ratio, these nutrients positively impact brain function, digestive health, liver function and cardiovascular activity. The 4:1 ratio has been proven to be the best ratio to balance the Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) of the body and has been endorsed by the World Health Organization (WHO) as the optimal balance of omega 6 and omega 3 EFAs.
