Keto Mocha Collagen Shake
- 1 heaping Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. instant coffee ( or instant decaf coffee)
- 1 scoop collagen protein powder
- 2 Tbsp. macadamia nut butter
- 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla macadamia nut milk
- 1 Tbsp. 85% dark chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup crushed ice
- Monk fruit or stevia (optional, to taste)
- Add ingredients to high-speed blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
