
Golden Honey Cornbread

- 1-½ cups medium ground cornmeal
- ½ cup corn flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. Himalayan pink salt
- ½ cup honey
- 1 Tbsp. egg replacer
- 2 Tbsp. water
- ½ cup non-dairy milk
- ½ cup coconut oil (melted)
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In medium bowl, stir together dry ingredients.
- Whisk in remaining ingredients.
- Pour mixture into 9-inch round baking pan or cast iron skillet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden on top.
