
Hawaiian Ham & Pineapple Pasta Salad (Gluten-Free)

- 4 cups cooked gluten-free elbow pasta
- 1/2 lb. thick cut ham (cubed)
- 3 oz. cheddar (cubed)
- 8 oz. pineapple chunks (juice reserved)
- ½ cup scallions (sliced)
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup mayo
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- ¼ tsp. paprika
- In bowl, combine ham, cheese, pineapple, scallions and pasta.
- Whisk together pineapple juice, mayo, black pepper and paprika.
- Pour dressing over salad and stir to combine.
