
Chocolate-Dipped Grapes

- 1 oz. chocolate bar (or chocolate chips )
- 30 green grapes
- 2 tsp. ground flaxseed
- In double boiler, melt chocolate.
- In small dish, add flaxseed. Line large, flat plate with parchment paper.
- Stick short skewer in grape on side opposite stem. Dip in melted chocolate, roll in flaxseed and set on plate. Repeat with remaining grapes.
- Eat as is, or freeze and serve cold.
