1 cup Sunbutter Sunflower Butter
1-1/2 cups plus 2 Tbsp. TigerNut flour
1 cup cacao powder
1 tsp. Simply Organic Vanilla Extract
5 Tbsp. water
3/4 cup Vitacost Maple Syrup
Dash Redmond Sea Salt
Frosting
1/4 cup Sunbutter Sunflower Butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- In bowl, combine all brownie ingredients and mix.
- In baking tray lined with parchment paper, spread mixture evenly. Smooth layer of sunflower butter on top, then sprinkle on chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
