If you’re like us, by this point you might be experiencing burger and hot dog fatigue, and are searching for something different. Look no further – we’ve got you covered with delicious, easy-to-make kebabs and a simple dipping sauce. It’s the perfect way to switch up the flavors of summer and great for the whole family. Let’s get cooking!
Makes 10 skewers | 4-5 servings

Kebab Skewers
1.5 lbs. chicken thighs, trimmed of excess fat and cut into 1”cubes
3 Tbsp. Taste of Greece seasoning
1 lb. white pearl onions
5 yellow bell peppers
3 medium-sized zucchinis
Tzatziki Dipping Sauce
1-1/2 cups unsweetened Greek yogurt
3 Tbsp. Taste of Greece seasoning
1 lemon
Directions
- In small mixing bowl, coat chicken with seasoning.
- On cutting board, slice veggies into cubes.
- Working in a pattern, load skewers: bell pepper, chicken, onion, zucchini; repeat.
- On medium-heat grill, layer skewers. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping at the halfway mark.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine seasoning, Greek yogurt and juice from lemon. Stir to combine.
- Remove skewers and serve with dipping sauce.
