
Balancing Berry Smoothie for Women

- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla coconut yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 scoop Codeage Liposomal Ovarian Inositol Powder (mixed berry flavor)
- 1/2 tsp. ground flaxseeds
Optional
- 1/2 tsp. lemon zest
- Handful spinach
Toppings
- Sprinkle chia seeds
- Additional berries
- In blender, blend together frozen berries and almond milk.
- Add yogurt, lemon juice, Codeage Liposomal Ovarian Inositol Powder and optional spinach and lemon zest. Blend until smooth. (Note: If consistency is too thick, adjust by adding a bit more almond milk.)
- Pour smoothie into glass and garnish with chia seeds and additional berries, if desired.
