Whether or not pineapple belongs on pizza is a hotly debated topic. But, hopefully, the strawberries on this pie will be less controversial. After all, a dessert pizza is a completely different ball of dough than the kind you’d serve for dinner. (Although you do still use regular ol’ pizza dough!) In this recipe, strawberries, soaked with maple syrup, mint and lemon juice, top a velvety, collagen-infused cream cheese spread. So you can have your fruit-topped dessert pizza while supporting your hair, skin, nails and joints!†
