Frozen Yogurt Mini-Pops With Fresh Raspberries
Makes 12 bites
Ingredients
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. organic vanilla extract
1 tsp. natural raspberry flavor
Directions
- In a large bowl, use fork to mash raspberries.
- Add honey, yogurt, vanilla and raspberry flavor to bowl and whisk to combine.
- Spoon mixture into ice cube tray or silicone mold.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours or until firm.
(Note: Store cubes in freezer for up to 3 months.)
