
Grilled Balsamic Mushrooms

- 6 cups mushrooms (washed, dried and cut in half.)
Glaze
- 2-3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 3 tsp. SUMAC
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of salt
Garnish
- 1/3 cup curly parsley (chopped)
- 1/3 cup fresh dill (chopped)
- 1/4 cup chives (chopped)
- In large bowl mix together glaze ingredients.
- Add in mushrooms and coat well.
- Set aside and allow to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
- Transfer to grilling rack or air fryer at 400 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Top with garnish and serve immediately.
