
Bundt Pan Cornbread

- 1-1/2 cups cornbread mix
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 cup canned corn
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray Bundt pan with cooking oil.
- In mixing bowl, combine cornbread mix, milk, sour cream, eggs and honey. Mix well.
- Stir in corn kernels.
- Pour cornbread mixture into Bundt cake pan.
- Bake 20 minutes.
