
Greens and Berries Keto Collagen Smoothie

- 1 scoop Codeage Hydrolyzed Multi Collagen Peptides
- 2-3 drops liquid stevia
- 1/2 cup unsweetened plain almond milk
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil or coconut butter
- 1 tsp. fresh grated ginger or turmeric
- 1/2 cup frozen berries of choice
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup chopped kale or spinach (ribs removed)
Optional: 1 Tbsp. microgreens or greens powder
- In high-speed blender, blend all ingredients on smoothie setting or for 30 to 60 seconds.
- Taste and add more sweetener if desired.
