That’s why this whipped coconut cream takes the cake. It’s made with only a few plant-based ingredients–foods that you recognize and can pronounce. So, whether you’re using it to top chia seed pudding, a chocolate protein shake or banana “nice” cream, you can feel good about giving yourself an extra scoop… or three.
Ingredients
1 can of full fat coconut cream
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. ground vanilla beans
Pinch of stevia, optional
Cinnamon, optional, to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, whip coconut cream with an immersion blender or a high-speed mixer.
- Add vanilla extract, powder, stevia and cinnamon, if desired. Whip until you reach desired consistency.
