  1. In medium soup pot, combine broth, potato, onion, garlic and red bell pepper and bring to boil.
  2. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Add lentils and seasonings. Bring to boil, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle cilantro over each bowl when serving.
