Vegan Cinnamon-Espresso Nut Clusters

One look at these sweet espresso clusters and you’ll notice they’re just as beautiful as they are tasty! These glossy, dark chocolate mounds call for just a few natural ingredients and zero added sugar or fat. Although this recipe uses almonds and dried cherries, feel free to put your own spin on it by adding shredded coconut, cacao nibs or even crushed pretzels.

Ingredients

8 oz. Vitacost dark chocolate chunks
1/2 tsp. Frontier Organic ground cinnamon
1 pinch espresso powder
1/3 cup whole almonds
1/3 cup dried cherries

Directions
1. In double boiler, carefully heat chocolate until melted.
2. Add cinnamon and espresso powder and stir. Add nuts and dried cherries.
3. Mix together and spoon onto wax paper in heaping teaspoons.
4. Let stand until firm, about two hours, or place in refrigerator.
