Ingredients
Nice cream
- 4 cups sliced banana approx. 5 medium bananas
- ¼ cup oat milk + additional 2 Tbsp. if needed
Chocolate sauce
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Instructions

Freeze sliced bananas overnight.

In food processor or blender on low speed, pulse bananas and oat milk, using tamper to push down and combine.

Portion into three serving bowls in 1-cup portions.

Using double boiler method, melt chocolate and olive oil.

Drizzle 2 Tbsp. chocolate sauce over each serving and serve immediately.

Refrigerate chocolate sauce or store at room temperature in sealed container.

Banana and oat milk can be blended prior to being frozen, then portioned into servings and frozen overnight. Texture will be slightly different (more like ice milk) than the method above.
