The struggle is real. The struggle to find delicious gluten-free food, that is. My initial jump into the gluten-free food world proved quite challenging. Most of the food was lackluster and disappointing. It took me a long time to find snacks I could feel excited about. Thanks to Vitacost, I’ve now found more than a few mouth-watering favorites!

Pamela’s Simple Bites Chocolate Chip Cookies
I’m a soft cookie kind of girl, but I can’t help but love these crunchy cookies. They are delicious on top of ice cream or by themselves. There’s a ton in the package, too!

Pamela’s Pecan Shortbread Cookies
They taste shortbread cookie chockfull of butter and brown sugar. They’re pretty sweet, so you only need to eat one to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Glutino Double Chocolate Brownies
Great to bring as a dessert to a party. Guests won’t be able to tell they’re gluten-free!

Vosges Peanut Butter Bon Bon Bar
Peanut butter and chocolate is my favorite combination of all time, so it’s easy to see why this bar stood out to me. It’s got peanut butter oozing from the center of each chocolaty bite. This is the best peanut butter-chocolate bar I’ve ever had.

Alter Eco Dark Chocolate Coconut Toffee
I feel good about eating chocolate when I eat one of these specialty chocolate bars. Not only are they organic and free gluten and soy, but the company is also committed to fair trade and sustainability.

Pamela’s Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
If you have any reservations about gluten-free food, check out Pamela’s products. Pamela’s has great gluten-free products that taste just as good as their conventional counterparts. I love this mix because I’ve found gluten-free baking to be tricky. Buying a mix is much easier than trying to make gluten-free cookies yourself. Take my word for it, I have failed many times!

Ginny Bakes Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Bliss
Ginny Bakes is another one of my favorite companies. There are so many flavors!

Laughing Giraffe Vanilla Snakaroons
These smell so delicious and they’re a perfect individual treat. I like to have these one hand, so when I’m craving something sweet, I can grab one of these instead of running to a fast food restaurant or ice cream parlor and getting a huge serving of fattening ice cream.

Enjoy Life Snickerdoodle Soft Cookies
These were one of the first snacks that taught me that gluten-free food could actually taste good!

Justin’s Peanut Butter Cups
They taste just like commercial peanut butter cups, but are so much better for you!

479 Degrees Sea Salt Caramel Popcorn
I love popcorn. I like to pour some into a little bowl and eat it while I watch TV. (Snacker’s tip: don’t eat this snack out of the bag. It’ll be gone before you know it!)

Annie’s Snickerdoodle Cookies
These cookies are just bursting with cinnamon. They’re good to keep in the car when you’re on a road trip.
