  1. In large food processor with the blade attachment, add feta, jalapeño pepper, roasted red peppers, garlic and red wine vinegar.
  2. Close lid and blend until ingredients are slightly broken down.
  3. Set speed to low and slowly drizzle in about 2 tablespoons olive oil until mixture becomes smooth.

Assembly

  1. Spread dip on serving plate or in serving bowl. Drizzle with small amount of olive oil. Garnish with a few feta crumbles, parsley and chopped kalamata olives.
  2. Serve with grilled bread, crackers, pita chips or fresh veggies.
