Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. blanco tequila
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 lb. large tail-on shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 large limes quartered
- Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
- 6 10" wooden skewers

In small bowl, whisk together lime juice, tequila, olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper. In sealable plastic bag, combine shrimp and marinade. Refrigerate up to four hours.

Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes. On each skewer, thread five to six shrimp.

Grill shrimp over medium heat, about 3 minutes per side. Serve with lime wedges and cilantro.
