These gluten-free tahini blondies are a rich, nutty treat with a soft, chewy texture. Made with almond and coconut flours, they have a tender crumb that’s perfectly complemented by the creamy, roasted flavor of tahini. Sweetened with monk fruit or stevia, they offer a lower-sugar option without compromising on flavor. A pinch of salt balances the sweetness and optional additions like dark chocolate chips, toasted almonds, or sesame seeds give them extra texture and indulgence. Baked to golden perfection, these blondies are a delightful, gluten-free dessert that’s simple to make and utterly satisfying.
