Ingredients
1-1/2 cups oats
1-1/2 cups water
1 small sweet potato, cubed
1 scoop Designer Whey Natural 100% Whey-Based Protein Unflavored
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Dash of salt
Directions
- Cook oats according to package directions.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add water and sweet potato. Cover and cook until soft. Let cool slightly.
- In a high-speed blender, combine cooked sweet potato, brown sugar and spices. Blend until smooth.
- Add cooked oats to a bowl. Pour sweet potato mixture into bowl and stir to combine.
