Ingredients
- 1/4 cup distilled water
- 1 cup unsalted dry roasted cashews
- 1 cup unsalted dry roasted almonds
- 1 cup unroasted walnuts
- 1 cup unroasted pecans
- 1 tin Gutus Vitae Gourmet Red Cayenne Cane Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Gustus Vitae Gourmet Probiotic Ocean Salt™
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking tray with foil; spray with cooking oil.

In large bowl, combine nuts and salt.

In medium saucepan over medium heat, warm water, butter and sugar until butter is completely melted. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly; remove from heat.

Pour hot mixture over nuts, stirring vigorously. Using slotted spoon, ladle nuts onto prepared baking sheet in single layer.

Bake 10 minutes. Shake pan to ensure nuts are evenly coated; continue baking 5 minutes. Remove from oven; let cool.
