In today’s world, you’re keenly aware that nearly anything green is good for you (with the exception of artificial coloring, of course). That’s why when you’re trying to eat healthier, you gravitate toward rich, colorful salads. But that’s where you draw the line. Wheatgrass juices and kale smoothies simply aren’t your cup of green. The thing is, though, you’re missing out on a very quick-and-delicious way to get key nutrients. Drinking your nutrients can actually be something you look forward to – crave even. You just need the right recipe… or two.
