4 cups organic strawberries, washed and cubed
4 cups cucumbers, washed, peeled and cubed
Dressing
1 cup coconut milk
2 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves, washed and finely chopped
Pinch salt
1 Tbsp. white chia seeds
