Spicy Wakame (Seaweed)
Ingredients
2 cups Wakame or dried seaweed (add warm water to soften)
½ – 1 tsp. wasabi powder, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
½ tsp. garlic powder, or more to taste
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
Juice of ½ medium-sized lemon
Toasted sesame seeds
Directions
- Moisten the seaweed in warm water and combine other ingredients in a small bowl.
- Once the seaweed is soft, drain any remaining water and add the dressing, coating well.
- Enjoy as a salad, snack or add to your favorite dishes.
