Spooky Black Bean Spaghetti & Meatballs

by

Slither and slide up to the table, boos and ghouls, for a spook-tacular spin on spaghetti and meatballs. This classic recipe is super simple, but with a deliciously devilish twist. Black soybean flour spaghetti adds an eerie touch along with an extra-playful punch of protein. Top it with homemade meatballs and marinara to conjure up a Halloween-themed dish that’s equal parts delightful and spine chilling.
