Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed + 2 Tbsp. water, or 1 whole egg
- 1 tsp. pink salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- ½ tsp. dried oregano
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 jar (32 oz.) marinara sauce
- 8 oz. black bean spaghetti
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In medium bowl, mix together ground beef with flax egg and spices until fully incorporated.

Roll mixture into 12 meatballs using about 3 tablespoons per meatball. Arrange meatballs on baking sheet.
