Ingredients
- 2 pizza crusts
- 2 large skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- ¼ sliced red onion
- ¼ cup cilantro
- ½ cup basil marinara sauce
BBQ sauce
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 1½ cups orange juice
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 3 garlic cloves lightly smashed
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. sriracha
- ½ tsp. dry oregano
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
Instructions

Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.

In large bowl, mix together sauce ingredients.

In slow cooker, arrange chicken breasts. Sprinkle chicken with brown sugar, cover with sauce and arrange cilantro on top. Cover and cook on low 6 to 7 hours.

Remove and shred chicken.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Over crust, evenly spread marinara sauce. Layer half the cheese, chicken, pineapple chunks, red onion, remaining cheese and oregano. Bake until crust is brown, and cheese has melted, approximately 12 to 15 minutes.

Garnish with cilantro and drizzle of BBQ sauce.
