Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In medium saucepan over medium heat, melt ghee or butter.
  2. Whisk in sugar until it melts and mixture comes to boil, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add maple syrup and continue to whisk 30 seconds.
  4. Slowly whisk in heavy cream and bring to boil. Continue to whisk 2 minutes until thick enough to stick and coat back of spoon.
  5. Remove from heat and whisk in miso, salt and vanilla.
  6. Let cool 5 minutes.
