Roasted Baby Carrots with Thyme

Ingredients
- 1 lb. baby carrots drained and patted dry
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- ½ tsp. thyme
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line sheet pan or baking dish with parchment paper.

In large bowl, combine olive oil and seasonings; add carrots and toss to coat.

On pan, arrange carrots. (Note: Do not pour excess liquid onto sheet.)

Roast, stirring once or twice until browning and fork tender, about 25 minutes.
