Refreshing Green Protein Smoothie with Chia & Flax

Green Smoothie in Jar, Topped with Chia & Flax Seeds

Serves 2

Ingredients

2 cups hemp milk or almond milk
1 scoop Nutiva Vanilla Plant Protein Superfood 30 Shake
1 Tbsp. Phresh Greens
3 seedless dates
2 frozen bananas (or 2 cups frozen mango)
2 cups kale
1 cup spinach
1 cucumber, peeled
1 stalk celery
Handful fresh cilantro
Handful fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. Nutiva Chia Seeds, for topping
1 Tbsp. flax seeds, for topping

Directions

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients except for chia and flax seeds. Process until smooth.
  2. Top smoothie with chia and flax seeds.

  • Hemp milk can be swapped with almond milk, coconut milk, coconut water or even plain water.
  • Reserve cucumber skin for a refreshing face wipe.
