Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
- 6 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 6 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil melted
- 1 Tbsp. ground ginger
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick baking mat.

In large bowl, mix together all ingredients. (Note: Dough may start sticky but will stiffen.)

Using hands, roll dough into balls and flatten.

Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until dry and slightly cracked.

Transfer onto wire rack and let cool completely.
