Ingredients
12 oz. water (use less water for thicker smoothie)
1 scoop Vitacost ROOT2 Pea Protein Powder
1 Tbsp. sunflower seed butter
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Directions
- In a blender, add water and follow with remaining ingredients.
- Blend 1-2 minutes until smooth.
