Protein Pie Crust Recipe
Ingredients
4 scoops vanilla protein powder
1-1/2 cups oat flour
½ tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. ghee
1/3 cup water
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, adding water slowly until a thick dough consistency forms.
- Using a rolling pin, roll out dough to fit into a 9-inch pie dish. Dough should be about ¼-inch thick.
- Lay dough into greased pie pan, top with your favorite pie filling and bake accordingly
