Ingredients
Oatmeal
- 1/4 cup coconut milk beverage or milk of choice
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Codeage Beef Protein Isolate
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter or nut/seed butter of choice
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
Optional Add-Ins
- 1/4 cup dried fruit nuts, or a mix of both
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips carob chips, or coconut flakes
Instructions

In large bowl, combine rolled oats, cinnamon, salt and beef protein powder.

Add peanut butter, honey, vanilla and stir to combine. (Note: If necessary, warm peanut butter in microwave for a few seconds to soften.)

Slowly add milk, stirring until it reaches a sticky texture and everything is well-combined.

Fold in dark chocolate chips, nuts or dried fruit, as desired.

Line 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, and press mixture into pan until evenly distributed.

Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or until firm.

Cut into bars and store in airtight container in the fridge.
