Mix a slew of nutritious ingredients together, such as protein powder, paleo flour, SunButter, manuka honey, MCT oil, hemp seeds and more. Form petite balls and coat in shredded coconut. Store in the fridge for gluten-free snacks that’ll fill you up and boost your energy.

Instructions

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except shredded coconut. If mixture is dry, add more SunButter or water.
  2. Form small balls and roll in shredded coconut.
  3. Store in refrigerator until ready to snack.
