Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup raw almonds unsalted
- 1 cup cashews
- 2 Tbsp. shelled hemp seeds
- 2 Tbsp. flaxseeds
- 3/4 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Topping
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips melted
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
Instructions

Add nuts and seeds to food processor and pulse until they are the texture of almond flour.

Add remaining ingredients (except the chocolate and coconut oil) and process until it forms dough.

Add dough to 8 bar mold. Flatten with your hands or spatula.

Mix melted chocolate with coconut oil and pour over bars. Use spatula to spread chocolate out evenly.

Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set. Carefully remove from mold and enjoy.
