The following recipe also includes ingredients for a homemade taco seasoning blend – free of unnecessary additives and preservatives found in packaged varieties.

Paleo Super Nachos with Dairy-Free Sour Cream

Ingredients
- 1 lb. grass-fed ground beef
- 2 bags Siete Grain-Free Tortilla Chips
- 1/4 cup Early California Sliced Black Olives
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 4 diced green onions
- 10 oz. dairy-free “cheese” sauce, warmed
- 6 sliced mini bell peppers
- 1 thinly sliced jalapeno
- 1 large sliced or chopped avocado
Dairy-free sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Native Forest Organic Coconut Milk, scooped from the top
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- Pinch salt
Taco seasoning mix
- 2 Tbsp. Simply Organic Chili Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Vitacost Organic Ground Cumin
- 2 tsp. Redmond Real Salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. Simply Organic Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp. Simply Organic Ground Coriander
- 1/2 tsp. Vitacost Organic Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Simply Organic Crushed Red Pepper
Instructions

In small bowl, mix taco seasoning ingredients and set aside.

In another small bowl, whisk dairy-free sour cream ingredients until mixture becomes creamy and set aside.

In skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and 2 tablespoons taco seasoning for 10-12 minutes or until crumbly and no longer pink. Drain grease, cover to keep warm and set aside.

On large pan, spread tortilla chips evenly. Layer on taco meat, warm cheese sauce, olives, peppers, green onions, cilantro, avocado, sour cream and any other toppings you prefer. Serve immediately.
