Ingredients

1 cup oats
1/3 cup almond butter
1/4 cup honey
1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, add first three ingredients and stir until well combined. This is your base.
  2. Fold in strawberries and chocolate chips to incorporate into the batter. Add more than recipe calls for, if desired.
  3. Spoon batter into a parchment-paper-lined baking dish. Use a spatula or back of the spoon to smooth down evenly. Place in refrigerator at least an hour to set.
